Trying to get back...
Well my life has slowed down a little bit so I am trying to get back into my blog.
I have updated my schedule with my two upcoming shows. Giant at Signature Theatre and The Full Monty at Paper Mill Playhouse.
Giant is a piece I have been a part of for almost a year now and I could not be more excited to see it start to take shape on the stage. Its an amazing score, a wonderful cast and just a once in a lifetime kind of project.
Full Monty is a show that I have been wanting to do since I saw it in NYC not long after moving to the east coast. Not only do I get to do the show but I get to do it at Paper Mill which is a theatre that I truly love working with.
In addition to that I am running for Council again this year. I was nominated by the committee and will be listed first on the ballot. There will be plenty of information about how to help very soon!
That's all for now I suppose!

Another Fitting Horoscope!
"This day will throw a lot of details at you, but try not to get too bogged down in all of them too early in the day. You don't have to solve every problem before lunchtime! Skip the martyr act and just tackle one thing at a time. You're not out to impress people, you're out to get things done, right? So take it slow and steady. Not only will it help reduce stress in your life, it will help keep everyone else around you see you as a do-er instead of a freak-out-er."

Funny From Mom
A married couple went to the hospital to have their baby delivered. Upon their arrival, the doctor said that the hospital was testing an amazing new high-tech machine that would transfer a portion of the mother's labor pain to the baby's father. He asked if they were interested, Both said they were very much in favor of it.
The doctor set the pain transfer to 10% for starters, explaining that even 10 percent was probably more pain than the father had ever experienced before. But as the labor progressed, the husband felt fine and asked the doctor to go ahead and kick it up a notch.
The doctor then adjusted the machine to 20% pain transfer. The husband was still feeling fine. The doctor then checked the husband's blood pressure and was amazed at how well he was doing.
At this point they decided to try for 50%. The husband continued to feel quite well. Since t he pain transfer was obviously helping the wife considerably, the husband encouraged the doctor to transfer ALL the pain to him.The wife delivered a healthy baby with virtually no pain, and the husband had experienced none. She and her husband were ecstatic.
When they got home they found the UPS man dead on the porch.
